Safety statement
Qudrat Wellness is an educational platform about herbs, nutrition, traditional practices and research. It is not a medical service, and it is not a replacement for doctors, medicines or treatment.
What Qudrat will never do
Traditional knowledge and scientific evidence are separate
Every entry in the library separates how something has historically been used from what human research actually shows. Traditional use is presented with respect and clearly labelled as tradition — it is never presented as scientific proof. Laboratory findings are never treated as evidence of a clinical benefit.
Our evidence labels
We prioritise systematic reviews, meta-analyses, randomised trials and clinical guidelines over single studies, human observational data over animal work, and animal work over cell and laboratory findings.
The medical safety engine
Ask Qudrat AI screens every question for high-risk topics including cancer, stroke, heart attack, severe allergic reactions, pregnancy, severe infection, kidney and liver failure, insulin, anticoagulants and severe symptoms. When those are detected the assistant switches into a safety mode: it withholds self-treatment instructions, points towards urgent care where relevant, and directs you to your treating healthcare team.
Content review
Library profiles include research summaries and provisional evidence labels. Where a complete source list has not been verified, profiles are clearly marked as educational drafts; their labels must not be treated as independently verified clinical reviews. General further-reading links are not proof of every claim. Practical guide notes are editorial education, not validated treatment protocols. Qudrat does not invent studies, statistics or religious quotations.
